By purchasing my art services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

GENERALI will NEVER consent to my art being used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
PAYMENT♦ All payments will mainly be in USD through Paypal or Ko-fi. DeviantArt points may be available only when stated so in commission openings.
♦ Payment is due in full up front for any commission.
♦ Payment must be done within the first three days of your commission request being accepted. Failure to do so will result in your request being dropped. If you need more time let me know.
♦ Once our negotiation is done and I start your commission, I cannot refund you the full amount. This is negotiable depending on the state of the commission.
♦ Once the work is completed I cannot refund it.
ARTISTBy commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labour only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right of distribute, reproduce or use the image as a simple for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.♦ I will respect your request to not publicly post your commission. No explanation necessary.
♦ I cannot claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects. Unless agreed upon.
♦ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question. This includes if you did not follow the rules for said order.COMMISSIONERThe commissioner may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my galleries. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.♦ You retain the rights to the IP.
♦ You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial unless agreed upon.
♦ You may resell it for the price you purchased it with (applies to character resales ONLY). As long as it is not for reproduction such as prints, t-shirts, mugs, charms, etc.
♦ If you are looking for something to redistribute, reproduce, use for your project(s), as an ad, for a video, to resell at conventions etc. Speak to me for information on royalty fees.
♦ If you are not sure whether your request counts as personal, feel free to ask me about its intended use.
♦ The artwork created will not be used in blockchain-related technologies.
PROCEDURE
Preface. You understand that WolfusImagius is not working with only your priorities in mind. After payment is received: I sketch, colour and paint depending on your commission type.
♦ The commissioner is free to request a full follow-up of the commission, this means I, WolfusImagius, will show you the sketch, the lineart, the colouring and the shading phase of the artwork.
♦ I do not accept "description only" commissions. You must have at least one visual reference.
♦ Sketch commissions do not have an approval stage. You may request minor tweaks if I missed any distinguishing features present in your reference.
♦ If mistakes were made, let me know and be clear about it so I can fix them.
♦ A full size, watermarked image will be given.
This document can and will be edited at any time without the need of further notice.
